Express Shipping - $13 via Australia Post

INTERNATIONAL
Regular Shipping - Pricing is calculated in the checkout via Sendle.

Express Post - $35 via Australia Post.

INFORMATION
All items ship from Australia and are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Orders are dispatched daily & we aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days.
Please note this time frame may be exceeded during holiday time frames.
Butterfly Kisses are not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
Butterfly Kisses cannot change or intercept a package once it has been shipped.
Redelivery for any reason will be the customer's expense.

Please contact Sendle or Australia Post directly if you need to make any adjustments to your shipment.


RETURNS

Butterfly Kisses does not offer refunds.
Butterfly Kisses accepts returns or exchanges if you contact us within seven days of receipt of your order.
If for any reason there is a major issue (as defined by the ACCC) with the item/s received please get in touch as soon as possible. Thank you <3

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear.
For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit for any unworn swimwear, provided all of the following requirements are met:
• The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags and liners intact.
Due to health regulations, garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. 


FAQ 

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you received the incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order, we would like to firstly apologise. Please email us within seven business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the error as a matter of urgency. If you believe you have received a defect item please email us within seven business days of receipt of your order along with pictures and details of the said defect.  

Do Gift Cards Expire?
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

What is your size guide?
Please get in touch for assistance with sizing, as each designer is unique.
